Common questions

My progress or saved data disappeared.

App data is stored locally on your device. Deleting and reinstalling the app, or moving to a new device, clears it. If something seems wrong, email us with the details.

How do I report a bug?

Email the app name, your device (for example iPhone 15 or iPad Air), and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.

Do these apps collect my data?

No. See our Privacy Policy. The apps do not collect personal information and do not require an account.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. Request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.
